We are currently looking for a Sales Representative (M/F) for the Greater Vancouver Area. Do you love making a real difference? We're looking for an impressive Sales Representative, who will play a key role in our friendly team, dedicated to building and improving our fast-growing business. As Candorvision Sales Representative your role will involve: • Bringing in or establishing strong sales relationships with ophthalmologists and optometrists to successfully implement our medications in their dry eye treatment regimens • Using promotional materials during sales presentations to strengthen product knowledge • Independently managing your territory to ensure reach and frequency of targets are being met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis • Attending any promotional events within and from time to time outside your territory as per manager’s direction • Administrative duties such as weekly and monthly reporting of territory activities and maintaining an accurate account of demo inventory. This involves proper storage and care in movement of company assets. • Attending regular conference calls and sales meetings to update product knowledge, share success stories and discuss selling strategies • Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company • Continuously improve processes to keep customers happy • Things we haven’t yet dreamed about, but which will evolve in our fast growing, entrepreneurial business Must-haves: • You’ve got a passion for healthcare sales, excellent organizational & territory management skills. • You genuinely care about the well-being of patients. • You work accurately with attention to detail. • You’re fluent in English written and verbal, any 2nd language is an asset. • You’re a good communicator and effective team player. • You apply MS Office easily and are open to adapt to our CRM system. • You’re independent and take initiative. You never need to be followed up with. • You’re committed to adapting to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude. • You have a valid drivers license & access to vehicle for territory coverage. • Sales experience in the optical industry or experience working in an optometric / ophthalmic clinic is a big plus.
