Founded in 2014 by a prescription optician, Lunettes Dépôt is a 100% Quebec company owned by optical professionals. With us, you will have access to a complete range of quality products, for the whole family and for all budgets! We also offer a complete visual examination service. You will therefore work in close collaboration with stylist, optometrist assistant and optometrist.

YOUR TASKS:

• Ensure the welcome of all customers in a courteous and professional manner both on the telephone and on site
• Evaluate the client's needs and advise them on the choice of frames, ophthalmic lenses and/or contact lenses after interpreting the prescription issued by the optometrist
• Know our products and be able to explain their different characteristics to customers
• Confirm the frame choices selected by the stylists and be available to answer technical questions
• Take the necessary measurements for the manufacture of glasses
• Do invoicing
• Place orders at the laboratory
• Analyze and verify orders received from the laboratory
• Deliver glasses to the customer and adjust them to ensure maximum comfort
• Perform eyeglass repairs
• Perform problem resolution, either at the customer's comfort or visual level
• Participate in the cleanliness of the premises by maintaining workstations and displays

REQUIREMENTS:

• College diploma in visual orthotics
• Member of the Order of Dispensing Opticians of Quebec
• Have a great concern for respect towards both customers and work colleagues
• Love customer service
